Dear Neighbors,

Be advised NNHS contractors will begin preparations for the new multi-purpose field to be located behind the new high school. Among the first tasks is to construct retaining walls. Since these new retaining walls will interfere with portions of the existing fire lane entering the site off Elm Road, the team will be constructing a temporary fire lane in its place. This temporary fire lane will enter the site off Hull Street, hug the gymnasium of the existing NNHS, winding its way to the rear of the new building.

The new fire lane is intended for emergencies only and should not significantly impact Hull Street residences. Nevertheless, it is a requirement to maintain proper access to the site for emergency vehicles in the unlikely event they are needed.
